Made-to-Order Products

All our products are created especially for you after an order is placed. This includes our Wisconsin River apparel and personalized River Strong awareness collection.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

● Incorrect sizes ordered

● Changes of mind

● Incorrect colors selected

● Customer personalization errors

● General buyer’s remorse

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and personalization selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized River Strong Products

Our River Strong awareness apparel is created using the ribbon color selected by the customer.

Please double-check your ribbon selection before placing your order.

If we make an error with your selected ribbon or design, please contact us so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
